MAYFLY Fly Fishing is an independent guide service based in beautiful Northern New Mexico. We are committed to giving you the best day possible on the water. Please let us know if you have any physical limitations at time of booking so that we can better tailor your fly fishing experience. Whether it's gaining knowledge in fly choices, achieving a drag free drift, or landing the trout of your dreams, we believe that success comes in all sizes.

MAYFLY Fly Fishing offers Half Day and Full Day guided trips on the Chama River, Brazos River, Conejos River (requires Colorado fishing license), high mountain streams, and private waters. If you are a beginner or just looking to improve your fly fishing skills, you may wish to request four hours of Private One-On-One instruction.

For parties of 3 or more, we recommend the addition of a second guide to maximize your experience while minimizing the impact on the fish.

MAYFLY offers Half Day and Full Day walk/wade trips.

Half Day (4 hours)

1 Person $300

2 Person $375

3 Person (1 guide)* $500

3 Person (2 guides) $675

4 Person (2 guides) $750

Full Day (approx 8 hours)

1 Person $375

2 Person $450

3 Person (1 guide)* $575

3 Person (2 guides) $775

4 Person (2 guides) $900

*for experienced groups at Mayfly discretion

Private Water

Private Water includes a $60- $125 charge per angler (depending on venue), plus Full Day or Half Day rates.

Extras

Wader/Boot rentals $25 per person, per day.

Picnic Lunch $25 per person upon request-for full day trips, please inform us of any food allergies at time of booking.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

On all trips, Orvis rods/reels, leaders, tippet, and flies are supplied. You are also welcome to bring your own favorite setup.

On Full and Half Day guided trips ice water will be provided in stainless Yeti water bottles for client use. Feel free to bring your own refillable water bottle and snacks.

Trip fees do not include fishing license, Private Water rod fees, Rio Arriba County Gross Receipts tax (6.625%), or gratuities.

Cancelation Policy:

Please be aware that if you need to cancel your trip, any cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled date will incur a full charge. We will always work with you to reschedule your trip. We fish in all types of weather. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule and apply your deposit to your next trip.
